Inside Sales/Telemarketing
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Telemarketer/ Inside Salesperson to play a vital role in our organization. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Generate and qualify leads
- Cold calling experience
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Maintain an open communication with any clients that you originate
- Maintain appointment / sales activity records and reports
- Follow up on appointment activities
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Completes appointments by recording names, addresses, date, time, etc.
Experience
- Relevant computer applications
- Principles and practices of appointment setting
- Customer service principles
- Basic business principles
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning Sales a BIG PLUS!
- Ability to achieve goals
